The vacant commercial plots in Kalajoki are shown the city’s vacant plots, which includes:

• sale and rental prices

If you wish, you can submit a reservation application by filling in the electronic plot reservation form. The information is forwarded to the city’s Land Tenure Unit, which will contact you about the availability of the plot you have applied for and other practical matters.

The duties of the Land Tenure Unit include the sale and pricing of plots, deeds of sale and rental agreements, applications to register land ownership, preparation of subdivision procedures and other procedures related to real estate transactions.

Vacant commercial and industrial plots are available in the areas of Rahvo, Meinala, Ymmyrkäinen and Himanka. The construction of these areas is progressing at a good pace. Ask us about vacant plots!
