A total of 4,000 m² of industrial and storage facilities available at an industrial site located next to the Port of Kalajoki and the turning basin. The land area belonging to the property covers approximately 13 ha. The property has a direct connector road to the Port of Kalajoki. The industrial premises include employees’ facilities and office space that were built in 2012 and measure approximately 400 m². Most of the property’s yard area is asphalted. The industrial and storage facilities can be divided for use by several operators according to their needs. The facilities include several large doors (3 doors 5 x 5 m, 1 door 10 x 7 m, 1 door 11 x 13 m and 1 door 19 x 13.3 m) and cranes with a maximum lifting capacity of 100 tonnes and lifting height of 11.5 m.
